Meet the Team

The team at Gatwick TravelCare consists of eight managers and supported by 25 volunteers who play a huge part in helping us help others. Our team are diverse in their backgrounds, skills and experience and this is our strength.

All members of the team are subject to DBS checks and hold airside ID passes which enable them to work extensively throughout the airport terminal buildings and where applicable, meet an aircraft upon arrival.

This collective experience of our team includes, aviation, medical, teaching, police, Foreign & Commonwealth Office, commercial and legal. From this wealth of knowledge, we have access to professional networks enabling us to offer signposting to other service providers and support networks.

The TravelCare staff were tremendous in helping me get back home after having been unceremoniously bumped from my flight. They were the best!!!
